This project includes the office tower that houses the Ernst & Young Atlanta headquarters and a 5-level subterranean parking deck.
The deck extends to and was originally designed for a future vertical expansion at 45 Allen Plaza (now the W Hotel, also designed by Uzun + Case).
The tower’s floor-to-ceiling glass facade creates a modern design from the outside and provides tenants with stunning views of downtown Atlanta from the inside.
