• This residential tower houses nearly 600 Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) students in a mix of semi-suite, pod, and apartment units.
• The foundation systems were carefully coordinated with the extremely variable rock elevations found on site.
• An all precast concrete structure was selected based upon economy and scheduling considerations.
• The rooftop floating event center is a steel structure, which rests on the precast structure below.
