Office Manager Assistant

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Uzun+Case seeks a recent or upcoming graduate for a full-time position in our Midtown Atlanta Office. This individual will support our Office Manager in marketing, human resources, and office operational duties.

Tasks include:

  • Support marketing activities with production of materials using InDesign and Bluebeam platforms.
  • Support human resources activities using Deltek VantagePoint platform (timesheet processing, benefits coordination).
  • Manage social media accounts.
  • Assist Business Director with managing and executing office operational tasks.

Qualifications:

A successful candidate should have sound language and computer skills and the ability to manage multiple long-term and short-term tasks. Software training will be provided, but an understanding of Microsoft Office is expected. Given the interaction that needs to occur with multiple staff members and the operational support functions of this role, the position is full-time in-office. This role is a salaried position with benefits including 401k with discretionary company match, health, vision, dental and disability insurance, transportation stipend, and generous vacation/sick time.
