Collaborative design between team members throughout the construction process completely transformed this landmark building into a creative and modern Class-A office building.
The existing concrete building underwent a complete renovation including full facade replacement, installing a new lateral system at the upper office floors, and constructing a new iconic steel canopy at the entry lobby level.
New steel framing was retrofit under the existing roof structure to support new HVAC that enhances the building’s energy efficiency.
