• This pedestrian friendly site includes a 450-car municipal parking deck, a five-acre park and green space, and the City Hall building which acts as a focal point within the park.
• A reinforced concrete framing system with selective post-tensioning was chosen for the city hall structural design. This allowed for large long-span members in the council chamber room.
• High finishes were chosen and a monumental stair was designed for this high profile public building.
