- Multiple structural systems were studied for the office building. Ultimately a less conventional post-tensioned concrete system was selected as the most economical design.
- Uzun + Case was the engineer of record for the 11-story precast parking garage featuring ground floor retail spaces and a post-installed dynamic wind veil facade.
- Uzun + Case also performed the structural design for the interior set-ups of the different office tower and retail tenants.
- The office tower is the city’s first LEED Gold certified building.
