• Although not the original structural engineer, Uzun + Case was brought on to value engineer / redesign the expansion’s inmate housing tower and the administration building.  Various alternatives were considered, and a concrete scheme was devised that resulted in more than $2 million in structural savings.
• The expansion was completed on schedule and within budget.
