Structural Features
- Phase One consists of 175,000 sf of casino gaming, completed in 2017.
- The casino is constructed of structural steel framing with a braced frame lateral system.
- Phase Two adds a 23-story, 317-room hotel designed using post-tensioned flat-plate concrete floors and concrete shearwalls. The hotel’s first floor includes a 10,000 sf day-spa. The second level includes 24,000 sf of conference and event space. The third level has an outdoor amenity deck with swimming pool, bar, and rooftop lounge.
