• This elegant office tower includes a 509-car structured parking deck. The tower features a 26-foot-tall cantilever screen wall at the roof making it a powerful addition to the Richmond skyline.
• For economy and speed of erection, two framing systems were selected. Post-tensioned concrete structural framing was utilized in the first 6 parking levels for durability, and steel structural framing was utilized at the remaining office levels above.
• Uzun + Case provided the engineering design and collaborated closely with the artist and fabricator for the custom lobby sculpture.
