Structural Features
- Two existing buildings were renovated to house this iconic restaurant and performance venue at the prime corner of Bourbon Street and Iberville Street.
- Renovation work included repair and restoration of existing load-bearing brick walls, analysis of existing foundations for new load paths, and retrofitting the existing roof to accommodate updated mechanical systems.
- New walkway openings in the brick walls were created by designing and post-installing new steel lintels.
