Two existing buildings were renovated to house this iconic restaurant and performance venue at the prime corner of Bourbon Street and Iberville Street.
Renovation work included repair and restoration of existing load-bearing brick walls, analysis of existing foundations for new load paths, and retrofitting the existing roof to accommodate updated mechanical systems.
New walkway openings in the brick walls were created by designing and post-installing new steel lintels.
