  • The Hyatt Regency Trinidad serves an anchor element of the International Waterfront Centre mixed-use project located in the heart of a revitalized urban district in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
  • The 428-key hotel incorporates conference space, public esplanades, terraces and verandas.
  • The structural framing for the hotel included special reinforced shear walls, suitable for the high seismicity of the site, and conventionally reinforced concrete flat plate floor slabs.
  • The hotel complex included two separate ballroom buildings with long-span framed roofs.
