Kingsboro at Lenbrook

The development features a six-story residential building offering a mix of independent living flats and villas, below-grade parking, elevated amenity spaces, and a pedestrian connector that links the new residences to the existing campus towers.
The Flats, the centerpiece of the expansion, utilizes a flat-plate post-tensioned concrete floor system with reinforced concrete shear walls providing lateral stability.
The three Villa buildings feature residential styling along Kingsboro Road to blend with the surrounding neighborhood. Also constructed with flat-plate post-tensioned floors, the buildings employ a moment frame lateral system with architecturally distinctive cold-formed metal-framed gabled roofs.
The project was delivered on schedule and within budget through close collaboration among the project team and strategic structural design tailored to the unique challenges of an occupied urban site.
