Meridian Cool Springs Office Buildings and Parking Deck

Meridian Cool Springs is a vibrant 60-acre mixed-used development, and U+C has completed two mid-rise office buildings and their adjacent parking deck within the development.
Located at 5000 Meridian Boulevard is a LEED-Silver certified, Class-A office building completed in 2012.
The neighboring 4000 Meridian Boulevard office building, completed in 2006, is the original anchor for the development and was designed as the headquarters for Community Health System.
The adjacent 4-level parking deck is cast-in-place, post-tensioned framing. Along its street front, over 14,000 sf of ground floor retail space was incorporated into the deck’s arrangement and contributes to the mixed-use development’s attractive design.
