- U+C has designed all buildings on the 40-acre MetLife Global Technology Campus which consists of three 7-story office buildings plus three 5-level parking decks overlooking Lake Crabtree.
- By collaborating throughout design and construction, the team was able to improve the efficiency, constructability and flexibility of the design for the benefit of all.
- Built on a fast-track schedule, the architect collaborated with U+C, the general contractor and the steel fabricator to complete the first office tower and parking deck – from design commencement to construction completion – in less than two years.
