The office tower achieved LEED Gold certification and is constructed of cast-in-place concrete. Concrete was selected as the most economical material to achieve the unique tower profile, created by the floor plates gently shifting away from the river as the tower ascends.
The concrete podium structure houses 2,100 parking spaces and is designed for vertical expansion of a future office tower.
The iconic red canopy located in the heart of the Neuhoff development is constructed using reclaimed riveted steel trusses from a local mid-century auto service building.
