- Dominating the Wilmington skyline, this downtown tower serves as the PPD world headquarters. It is located along the city’s northern riverfront, adjacent to the historic and reemerging retail and pedestrian corridor.
- The first two levels house 206 parking spaces, and the floors above provide spacious office levels for PPD employees.
- At the building’s base, the facade incorporates a precast and brick vocabulary while the upper levels exhibit reflective glass, precast spandrels, and metal panel accents.
