• The complex consists of two high-tech, 5-story glass clad office towers connected below by a limestone clad amenity base that conceals the parking deck.
• The superstructure is composite structural steel construction and cantilevers more than 40 feet beyond the supporting podium structure. This was accomplished efficiently by using 4-story deep steel trusses at the building perimeter.
• The steel trusses supporting the office superstructures’ overhang are supported on Mega, built-up steel plate girders to accommodate 5 feet set-back facade notches above the podium structure.
