• Located in the Historic Landmark neighborhood of Olmstead, this project includes a new 3-story classroom building and 14,000 sf of renovations to existing structures to create a 450-student elementary school.
• The project achieved LEED Gold certification and is the first LEED certified school in the Atlanta Public School district.
• A green roof connects to the student corridors and provides additional educational space where students can learn about gardening and green concepts that can be found throughout the school.
