Structural Features
To economize the design for each structure, the foundations were a mix of aggregate piers under the parking deck and conference center and augercast piles under the 12-story hotel.
The conference center is framed with long-span joists to allow for large columnless areas that offer over 54,000 sf of flexible assembly space.
The hotel roof parapet is designed to support a 40-foot flagpole.
