The Juniper

This striking residential development features two high-rise towers rising above a shared eight-level podium for parking and amenities.
Engineered with post-tensioned flat plate slabs and concrete shearwall systems, the towers incorporate advanced structural design, including deep transfer beams and over 52,000 cubic yards of high-strength concrete.
The towers’ bold stacked-block aesthetic, highlighted by corner cantilever balcony slabs, was achieved through meticulous detailing of the flat plate post-tensioning to ensure all deflection, creep, and performance criteria were met.
