• The luxury boutique hotel is located on part of a triangular block of land, which required a unique geometry of structure to adequately utilize as much property area as possible.
• Car lifts in the basement garage level were utilized to maximize valet parking and resulted in increased live load requirements due to the stacked car condition.
• At the structured ground floor level, which is also the top of the below-grade parking deck, the changing grade along the length of the building requires multiple steps in the top of slab elevation to allow retail to remain relatively level with the exterior grade.
