• This high-rise development is a 33-story condominium tower and a 10-story hotel tower over 7 levels of structured parking deck. The project also includes an outdoor rooftop terrace with pool, sundeck, state-of-the-art fitness center, 2-story retail area, restaurant, and lobby bar.
• Post-tensioned concrete transfer girders that support 33-level column stacks of the residential tower were carefully designed for staged stressing.
• The building’s design provides maintenance access to the adjacent Marta station.
