This renovation completely transformed a former budget hotel originally built in the 80’s into a luxury brand hotel.
The new lobby expansion was also designed to support a rooftop pool and amenity deck.
Steel framing was added to the existing roof to buildout a new destination rooftop bar. To shuttle guests to the bar, a 12-story glass enclosed elevator tower was constructed on the exterior of the original hotel structure.
