Caleb is a trusted partner to clients who are seeking thoughtful, efficient, and cost-effective structural solutions. With an emphasis on open communication, he excels at working with clients to deliver the most efficient structural solution in combination with accentuating the clients’ vision. His ability to solve complex engineering problems by producing clean, actionable strategies makes him an invaluable resource throughout every phase of a project.

His experience spans a wide range of sectors, including office, hospitality, higher education, and industrial projects, with expertise in both new construction and complex renovations. Caleb’s projects range across a multitude of materials including steel, concrete, masonry, load-bearing metal stud, light frame wood, and mass timber.  He has a passion for advancing the industry by championing sustainable design and efficient material usage.  He currently leads the Sustainability Committee at Uzun + Case and serves on the SEA of NC Sustainability Committee.

Outside of work, Caleb explores his creative side through woodworking and indulging in his wife’s artisan breads. Most recently, he crafted a custom playhouse for his two children to enjoy. He also enjoys running, playing tennis, hiking, and traveling the world.
