Jesse implements a responsive and collaborative design approach, earning consistent praise from clients. He works closely with architects and contractors to develop cost-effective, constructible designs that align with project goals and timelines. His thoughtful approach ensures that each solution is not only technically sound but also optimized for real-world constructability.

Jesse brings strong technical knowledge in structural steel framing design and post-tensioned concrete systems.  His ability to navigate complex design challenges with clear, proactive communication helps clients make informed decisions throughout the design process. By translating technical insight into practical guidance, Jesse ensures that each solution supports the unique goals of the project. He currently serves as President of the Georgia Chapter of the American Concrete Institute and chairs the firm’s internal Analysis and Modeling Committee.

Outside the office, Jesse enjoys listening to music, diving into science fiction and fantasy novels, and exploring an ever-evolving list of hobbies. From woodworking to photography to experimenting with new baking recipes, he is always curious to try something new, even if only for a season.
