Rees is known for his commitment to client satisfaction.  He works closely with project teams to ensure that designs are practical and efficient to build, which helps projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Rees enjoys developing creative structural solutions to complex challenges and values strong working relationships across all disciplines.  He has played a key role in delivering structural design and construction administration services for a wide range of sectors, including higher education, hospitality, residential, and commercial developments. He is also deeply involved in rehabilitation and renovation work, with a particular focus on concrete repair and structural strengthening.

Outside of work, Rees enjoys reading and spending time with his family.  He often applies his structural engineering skills to build elaborate block towers for his young sons, who are always eager to test the stability.
