Stephanie has over 15 years of structural engineering experience with focus on K-12, Higher Education and Healthcare. She is also heavily involved in the Renovations / Historic Preservation sector, which affords her the opportunity to work on a large variety of projects ranging from converting a one-story warehouse into a state-of-the-art modern church to a complete adaptive re-use of a large scale, high-rise mixed-used facility.
In addition to helping her clients visualize and realize outcomes, Stephanie values the close relationships she has with her colleagues, and especially values being a mentor to young engineers as they embark on their journeys in our challenging but rewarding field. She is a member of the National Council of Structural Engineers Associations Existing Building Subcommittee and a member of Women in Healthcare Georgia. She also chairs Uzun + Case’s Existing Building Committee.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys tennis, playing chess, playing piano, hiking and traveling. Some of her favorite travel adventures are hiking the Grand Canyon, running a half marathon in Bermuda and going camel riding in Morocco.
