Following more than 30 years of leading complex projects, John now serves as an adviser to the firm. He brings extensive technical expertise in the structural design of commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings, offering steady guidance and innovative solutions. A recognized authority in earthquake engineering, John has designed high-rise structures in seismically active regions along the U.S. West Coast and throughout the Caribbean.

In his advisory role, John continues to help clients navigate the challenges of performance-based design and code compliance in high-risk environments. His work is informed by active participation on national code committees focused on special inspections, wind engineering, and storm shelter design – ensuring that his projects reflect the latest standards and best practices.

John is a past president of the Structural Engineers Association of Georgia and recipient of the SEAOG Individual Achievement Award, honoring his lasting contributions to the profession.
