Merissa has over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of projects. She joined Uzun + Case in 1999 and was named a Principal in 2018. Her project experience includes entertainment, event, educational, retail, and mixed use developments.

She likes the challenge of unusual and complicated projects such as the Georgia and Mississippi aquariums, Kennesaw State Recreation Center and the Georgia Tech Campus Center. She is known for her collaborative efforts and understands the importance of good communication and teamwork.

Beyond the office, Merissa’s two daughters occupy the lion’s share of her time. She loves the outdoors; running, biking, hiking or paddle boarding whenever the weather permits.
