Nathan is known for his thoughtful approach to balancing the diverse priorities of each project. He takes the time to understand every client’s goals and thoughtfully integrates those needs into the structural design. His emphasis on flexibility allows him to adapt quickly to evolving project conditions, all while maintaining structural integrity and honoring the design vision. This balanced, solutions-oriented mindset makes him a trusted partner throughout every project phase.

Nathan has a wide range of experience successfully delivering projects including high-rise office towers, hospitality developments, retail centers, higher education facilities, and convention centers. His expertise also spans a variety of structural systems and materials, including cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, masonry, timber, and precast structures.

As a dedicated mentor to emerging engineers, Nathan’s leadership extends well beyond project delivery. He is an active member of professional organizations, including the Structural Engineers Association of Georgia, the American Concrete Institute, and the American Institute of Steel Construction. Within Uzun + Case, he contributes to several internal technical committees, where he focuses on engaging and supporting the growth of young engineers through knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Outside the office, Nathan enjoys golfing, cycling, hiking, tackling home projects, watching sports, and the occasional Netflix binge.
