Martin, a founding partner of Uzun + Case, now serves as an advisor, sharing the insight gained from more than four decades of structural engineering leadership.  His passion for concrete post-tensioned structures has shaped many of the firm’s most complex and successful projects.

Clients have long valued Martin not only for his technical expertise but also for the relationships he built. His approach is rooted in mutual respect, collaboration, and a genuine investment in the success of every team. In recognition of his contributions, Martin received the Engineer of the Year in Private Practice award from the Georgia Chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies in 2012.

Originally from Nicaragua, Martin finds fulfillment in giving back. He championed Uzun + Case’s annual Clark’s Kids initiative and supports education in his home country by donating school supplies to children in need. Today, in his advisory role, Martin continues to share his insight and experience while enjoying time with his wife Maria, their two daughters, and his grandchildren.
